Terms of service
These terms set out how businesses may use Qaseed to collect and show reviews from their buyers.
Last updated: October 25, 2026
Draft: Final text pending (T004). This page summarises how Qaseed is designed to handle data; the binding version will replace it before launch.
The service
Qaseed sends review requests to your buyers, collects their reviews and shows the reviews you approve on your store or website. One workspace connects to one source: Shopify, Salla, Zid, WordPress or your own website.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and make sure the people you invite to your workspace may act for your business.
Contacting buyers
Invite only real buyers you have the right to contact. When you upload a buyer list you confirm this, and every request carries an unsubscribe option that we always honour.
Showing reviews fairly
You decide which reviews are shown. Consumer-protection rules in several countries limit hiding negative reviews while presenting the rest as representative; you are responsible for curating lawfully. You cannot change what a buyer wrote; you may reply publicly.
Buyers’ rights
Buyers keep control of their reviews: they can edit or delete them at any time, and you cannot prevent it.
Trial, billing and cancellation
A 14-day free trial starts when you create your workspace; no card is needed. After that, Qaseed bills you directly for every platform. You can cancel at any time and your plan ends at the end of the paid period. Reviews you collected and buyers’ controls stay in place whatever your billing state.
